The NET-ADS Web Champion Award is aimed at encouraging webmasters to fully
realise their site's potential. The prize will be awarded to sites that display a level of innovation and originality, regardless of the level
of traffic generated by the site.

We are specifically looking for sites that display the following characteristics:
- No HTML errors.
- Innovative & Original visual style and/or content.
- Sites that display creative visual elements (custom graphics, etc)
- Sites that are presented clearly and effectively.
- Sites that are in a state of completion (ie no 'under construction' signs)
- NOTE: Pornographic, Warez and Hacking sites, as well as sites that are offensive, discriminatory or which encourage illegal activities
WILL NOT be considered.
